Box Office Hours vary due to our production schedule.
In general, the Box Office is open on Wednesday through
Sundays from noon through Showtime.
Prior to coming for tickets, please call the Box Office
for a recorded message for the current week’s hours
of operation.

Tours
Festival Theatre offers great group discounts
for parties of 10 or more.* We also offer itinerary assistance
in arranging dinner reservations and group activities
to make your trip to St. Croix Falls a wonderful and relaxing
experience. To make a group reservation or to get more

required. Final confirmation due 10 days prior to performance

School Groups
Student Matinees! Special 10:00 AM performances
are scheduled for groups from area School Districts and
Home School networks. Thanks to the generous support of
Polk Burnett's Operation Round Up, tickets are just $5
per student!
Teacher
resource packet available in advance and classroom visits
can be arranged. For information on scheduling and availability,
call the Box Office at 715-483-3387.
Policies
• Tickets are non-refundable, but if canceled
within six hours of showtime they may be exchanged for
another performance during the current season.
• All
seating is assigned on a first-reservation first-preference
basis.
• "No
Shows" for the Music Series & Special Events
are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Subscribers
are urged to call well in advance, but no less than 24
hours prior to the show to be guaranteed seating.
•
Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate break
in the action of the performance.
•
Children's concerts are for ages 3 and up. The Music Series
& Theatre Series are for adults, however, when content
is appropriate children age 5 & up may attend.
• Photography,
videography, audio recording, and cell phones are not
allowed in the theater.
